Carefully maintained by our team of market gardeners.
Vegetables, flowers and herbs are grown in our own kitchen. Our market gardeners work closely with our chefs to bring you the very best that nature has to offer.
Some of our produce is sold at our markets every Saturday in season, and baskets of vegetables are sold every week from the fridge at the entrance to our restaurant.
Our aim is to develop alternative methods of producing and selling produce, in line with the principles of permaculture.
Don’t hesitate to take a stroll through the flower and herb garden and even a little further afield where we grow our delicious vegetables…
